This team was established to create a line of high-quality projects, the first of which is called MILFs of Sunville and the second is Breeze of Passion.
Every member of our team that consists of seven people has more than three years of game development experience.
We’re planning to invest all our experience and all our skills into this project. We already have a work pipeline and high time management skills, so you can expect the games to get regular updates.

About MILFs of Sunville:
A young guy is forced to leave his luxurious life in a big city behind and return to a small town of Sunville, located near the ocean shore. He dreams of going back and is mad at his father who ditched him for a young wife and left him without any financial support.
He must find a way and acquire the means to make his plan come true, but will he be able to do it?
A lot of temptations await him on his way. The college he’s going to attend is full of sexy girls and teachers. He needs to make a choice: follow his original goal or dive into a seductive world of love affairs. But nothing is ever easy — some relationships will demand changes from him. He comes into town as a simple guy, will he be able to change?
And what direction will those changes take?
Will he become better or worse?
There are a lot of different ways of achieving his goals. You’re going to assume the role of that young man in a visual novel with excellent animations and quality graphics.
The game also has a slew of cool features. For example, you can take hidden photos with your phone’s camera.

Hello, everyone! We are happy to present you with the new update of MILFs of Sunville!
This is the second out of the three updates planned for the Hot Investigation DLC.
In this particular update, the main focus is on spicy content, with a large number of new scenes with beloved characters, lots of animations, and approximately 2.100 new images.
As usual, you can either download the full game or update the game using the update code, which will be provided in the download post (Win, Android).
We hope this update will bring you a lot of fun and positive emotions.
Having said that, here's the roadmap for what comes next:
We are already working on the third update for the Hot Investigation DLC. In particular, we want to reach out to those who are especially eager for more content with Sophie. We hear you, and we know how important these characters are to many of you. Their storylines remain one of our top priorities.
After completing the Hot Investigation DLC, we plan to develop a separate story for Sophie, featuring romance, adventure, and more spicy content.
We will then move on to a separate DLC dedicated to Cynthia, allowing us to delve deeper into her storyline, let the player develop a relationship with her, and provide her with the attention she deserves.
At the same time, we are already hard at work on a new game inspired by MILFs of Sunville that utilizes more modern software. You can expect enhanced visuals and animations, alongside overall higher quality of the project.

This will happen in mid-January, with the first update of the MILFs of Sunville continuation! This marks the start of a series of regular hot updates, filled with emotions, love, and passion.
We also want to remind you once again that our team is working on a new game in the spirit of MILFs of Sunville. This game will also be full of hot MILFs - and we will bring into it the very best we’ve achieved so far.
It will be far ahead of everything we’ve done before in visual quality and animations. We’re putting a lot of effort into improving and making you happy with new, higher-quality content.
